This page contains instructions for downloading and installing the Noggin OCA app on your smartphone. This will enable you to report your location back to OCA. You can report your location once, or set the app to report your location automatically, at defined intervals for a defined period of time. You can always stop the app from reporting your location at any time.
If you have a login to Noggin OCA, you can also use the app to get direct access to important tools you need from anywhere, via the Noggin OCA mobile interface.

Is your smartphone supported?
While the OCA Mobile interface supports a wide range of mobile devices and browsers, the Noggin OCA app currently supports the following platforms:
- Apple iPhone
- Apple iPad
- Android
- Windows Phone (please note, Push Notifications are not supported in this version of the Noggin OCA application)
Do you have your Contact Identifier?
Before you install the OCA app, you will need an email or SMS invitation from Noggin OCA. This contains important information required to complete the installation:
You will need to have your unique Contact Identifier in order to link you app to your identity in your Noggin OCA system. This Contact Identifier is unique to you, and you cannot use someone else's Contact Identifier. If you need a new Contact Identifier your system administrator can send one to you.
If you do not have your Contact Identifier, please contact your system administrator. Please do not contact Noggin directly, as we are not able to send you this information.
iPhone & iPad App Installation (iOS Devices)
1. On your Apple device follow this link: iOS OCA App
This will take you to the Noggin OCA application page in the Apple App Store
2. Press the GET button
3. Press the INSTALL button to commence the download and installation of the app
4. You may be prompted to provide your Apple ID and password - if so, please enter it
5. The OCA app will appear on your iOS device. It may say "Waiting" underneath it while it downloads
Android App Installation
1. On your Android device, follow this link: Android OCA App
This will take you to the Noggin OCA app page in the Google Play store
2. Press the INSTALL button
3. Press the Accept & Download button to commence the download and installation of the app
4. The OCA app will download and install. Click Open once downloaded to open the app
The final step is to link your new OCA app to your identity in your Noggin OCA system. This is done using a unique Contact Identifier. You cannot use someone else's Contact Identifier - if you need a new Contact Identifier your system administrator can send one to you.
1. On your device, tap on the OCA app to open it. The first time you open the app, it will ask you to enter your Contact Identifier.
2. Enter your Contact Identifier.
3. Press Continue.
4. If you have a login to OCA, you will be prompted to enter it.
5. You will see the OCA Location Reporting screen, where you can edit settings to report your location back to OCA. You do not need to log in to OCA to use this feature.
You can change your Contact Identifier at any time by going to Settings in the app.
