Who uses it?
Noggin provides a state health and ambulance service with a Health Emergency Management System. Capabilities provided include event management, communications, workflows, roles and resource allocation, social media monitoring, mapping, documents, tasking, logging and situation reporting.
A National health department uses Noggin as the primary information system to ensure a nationally consistent and coordinated response to national health emergencies. Noggin is used to monitor, capture and present all relevant information in a central place, accessible from any location or device, to assist health and whole of government response decisions.
