Who uses it?

A mining safety agency use Noggin as a crisis management system for major emergencies and exercises, and to manage day to day operational requirements to plan and coordinate the activities of 80 Mine Safety Inspectors across the state. The platform is being used to engage with external stakeholders from other agencies, industry and the community to manage the reporting and notification of non-compliance events and to facilitate the delivery of compliance, enforcement and emergency response services.  They also implement OCA Risk to calculate risk assessments across a range of indicators for hundreds of underground and open cut mines.

One of the worlds’ leading mining producers uses Noggin as their emergency response and information management system. The system provides the organisations approximately 3800 direct employees, Incident Management Teams, Incident Support Group and Executives with instantaneous access to internal and external emergency response warnings, alerts, situation reports, resource data and incident management tools for all sites.
