Who uses it?

A major national crisis coordination centre uses Noggin for recording, notifying, monitoring, managing and reporting on all incidents relevant to the nation. This includes workflows to automate processes and communications, and deployment of executive reporting solutions to report to senior executives and Ministers.

A local government uses Noggin to manage the entire disaster preparation, response and recovery process, following international best practices. Including EOC activation, damage assessment, situational awareness, response and recovery planning and operations, and after-action review.

A national parks service uses Noggin as an all-hazards event management system for 7 million hectares of wildfire-prone land with 850 national parks and reserves. OCA provides a common operating picture, hazard reduction and incident planning, operations and reporting, for wildfire, marine wildlife, search and rescue, alerts & closures, and other events. OCA replaced over 100 systems with a single solution consistent across all regions.
