Core - User Feedback
Overview
Enable a user to send a feedback about the Noggin platform or any configuration issue that they are encountering. The User Feedback Administration group will be reviewing the feedback and will be the ones responsible for updating the user feedback - at the same time notifying the submitter of the feedback about the current status of the issue.

- Submit feedback about an organisation's Noggin instance
- Add comments about the feedback (both submitter & Administrator)
- Add internal notes about the feedback (Administrator only)
- Notifications for both the submitter and the Administrator about the status of the issue
- Option to share feedback tickets to Noggin Product Feedback to support continuous improvement
- Ability for administrators to assign watchers to a ticket to keep related personnel up to date
- Administrators can create a CSV report to export user feedback tickets to conduct further analysis
- Analytics to gain insights about the count, type, severity, status and the number of days tickets remain open
How to Use
This module is included in the Noggin Core product.
To use this module, add a button to enable personnel to create a feedback about the platform/configuration. In addition, you can assign the User Feedback - Administrator profile to the people responsible fixing the feedback reported.
